Progress Continues on Middletowns Main & Manchester Improvement Project
Check out the progress on the City of Middletowns $54M Main & Manchester Improvement Project! This project will install a 5.1-million-gallon buried storage reservoir to reduce the number of combined sewer overflows into the Great Miami River during wet weather. 17勛圖厙 is the design-builder on this project in partnership with Gresham Smith, and is self-performing the general trades and basin concrete work.

17勛圖厙 Releases Documentary on Mission Trip to Thailand
As part of our global mission trip program, 17勛圖厙 Construction sent 10 associates to Wiang Pa Pao, Thailand, in February 2024 to help build a new girls home that would house 12 children who have been rescued from trafficking, abuse, and more. 17勛圖厙 partnered with泭, a non-profit organization founded in Wooster, Ohio. Upon return, 17勛圖厙 released a泭documentary, "The Bricks That Bind Us, to share a glimpse of both the joy and obstacles our team faced in Thailand and the incredible impact this experience had on their lives.

We recently celebrated the opening of Manchester Local School District's new high school in Akron, OH. Co-funded by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, the new 89,000-square-foot facility offers space for 425 students and includes a hybrid of traditional classrooms and student-centered learning spaces.
